Anyone remember a dentist called Garrison - had a surgery in a bungalow somewhere up Kimberworth. I hated the guy. Put me to sleep with the gas but didnt use enough. Prised my eye open to check my pupil and left it open. I could see all the instruments he was using to do the extraction and felt all the pain but could not move or scream. Next trip the daft bugger put his finger in my mouth and tapped on a painful tooth. Natural reaction I shut my gob. He used a lot of words I had never heard before. Apparently he had to go and have a few stitches. Funny thing my mum never took me back there again.
