Apostle George created a doc. 3 Priesthood types - 1.1 The series we start today can be properly situated as an addendum of GSOM Course 114: Leadership in the Household of Faith. Yahweh has been gracious to release this truth to the 2014 Master Class as part of the process of preparing saints in the earth realm to walk in the fulness of their identity and calling, rejecting all the ways of Babylon, chief of which is a repressive Priesthood which cannot empower saints to live out the mandate of the gospel of the Kingdom! Lesson #.1: Prologue The concept of priesthood has its root in the mandate Elohim, Creator of heaven and earth gave to Adam and Eve and by extension humanity for representing him in the earth to ensure that all of creation is brought into subjection to His will. It was for this reason that Adam and Eve received His dominion mandate over the whole creation. Genesis 1:26-28 (KJV) 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 2:15 (KJV) 15 And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. A Priest is a mediator between the Creator and His creation! The Priest does not function on his own or for his self-interest. The earth realm was created to be an extension of the Kingdom of Heaven. In His wisdom, Elohim created heaven and earth but gave the earth realm to mankind to exercise oversight on His behalf. Psalm 115:16 (KJV) 16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lords: but the earth hath he given to the children of men. Part A. Nimrod – the priesthood of human strength, arm of the flesh and fleshly wisdom Genesis 10:8-10 (KJV) 8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. 9 He was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord. 10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. The Nimrod Priesthood has these inter-related features: 1. It is a priesthood type of natural men and women who function in the depravity of humanity. In other words, it is a priesthood type which manifests in glorying of the Self-nature. In contemporary times, this is manifested in loud boastings on mass media about the ‘anointing’ one has to do great exploit that is designed to attract people who are in need of such impartation. In effect, people are attracted to a human and what he/she can do for them rather than to King Yeshua. 2. It is a priesthood type which seeks to make a name for itself because self, rather than Yeshua is the focal point of activity. This is a natural consequence of what was said above. 3. It is a priesthood type which prospers by hunting after souls of others; subduing them and subordinating them to serve self-interest of the stronger one, away from the will and pattern of the Most High. 4. It is a priesthood type which leads humans away from the purpose of Elohim and His mandate for humanity on earth. In the New Testament, this means a subtle supplanting of the ‘Go Ye’ or ‘Go Forth’ principle in Acts 1:8 of actively preaching so that sinners are saved and the saved are made disciples and able ministers to one in which the ‘anointing’ is rather used to ask people to ‘Come here’ to dwell inside a building and basically stagnate there from a spiritual point of view. 5. The Nimrod type is steeped in rebellion against Elohim, can never please Him and makes humans engage in religiosity which takes them further away from King of the Kingdom, Yeshua. 6. The Nimrod priesthood does not empower but rather enslaves those who sit under that anointing. Saints can sit for years without understanding that they are called; do not identify their spiritual gifts and basically engage in building a religious corporation or organization that exists to provide visibility, power and wealth for the chief promoters. 7. For that purpose, the Nimrod Priesthood does not make room for emergence of the Five Fold which is a divine facility for releasing the fullness of the leadership of Yeshua in His Church. Ephesians 4:11-16. 8. In sum, this priesthood type, at its heart, is engaged in reversing the divine principle of ‘increase, multiply and fill the earth’. Instead of equipping Christians to be like Yeshua and going forth to fulfil the Great Commission, men or women are rather gathered together, in a state of permanent subservience for the purpose of building modern day Towers of Babel which though good looking on the outward, are not fit-for-Kingdom purpose. Genesis 11:1-9 (KJV) 1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. 2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. 3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. 4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. 5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. 6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one anothers speech. 8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. Elohim cannot and will never accept or endorse the Nimrod priesthood because it is inherently opposed to His will and His pattern. Yet, this type of priesthood which traps millions in pews as ‘fans’ of ‘great ministers’ is a major feature of churching world-wide including North and South America; Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia. This dangerous priesthood, while seemingly ‘successful’ has a DNA that is from the man Nimrod who was a hunter after souls. Let us see two scriptures which warn of the fate that awaits those engaged in the Nimrod priesthood: Matthew 7:21-23 (KJV) 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 (KJV) 10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every mans work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every mans work of what sort it is. 14 If any mans work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.15 If any mans work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. A sad reality A minister functioning in the Nimrod order of priesthood may eventually ‘squeeze’ into eternity if he/she maintained faith in Yeshua. However, their works will burn and they will have no rewards. The reason for this mystery is simple: gifts and callings are given without repentance and may not reflect the spiritual state of the individual. There are some ministers who operate in this priesthood type rather innocently due to ignorance. Others operate in it because that is what they learnt in Bible Colleges and Seminaries where they were taught a hierarchical model that is heavily dependent on their abilities, drive and marketing skills! In the Nimrod priesthood, Christians essentially are coming to humans not to King Yeshua! Let us pray: 1. That the remnant will be delivered from the Nimrod priesthood 2. Yahweh will open eyes of all ministers who function in this order unawares and cause them to repent. 2. Let us ask Yahweh to raise a company of Teachers world-wide who will spread this message.
