Apparently I havent been paying enough attention to the time. Retirements must have caused vacancies on the retirement board. But anyway only 2 candidates show active interest in how the Market works. Wayne County retirement is below standard simply because there has been no one on the board that understands the Market. Ive been made aware there may be a upcoming vacancy. I will be pursuing that. In the meantime. My choice was between the 2 who read the same material I do. Wayne County needs to rotate out of stocks, especially the non- productive ones, and into Exchange Traded Funds. This is the New Millineum. 1929 investing will result in loss.
