Experience driving with major OSS or BSS transformation projects Solid understanding of Network Management Systems: Alarm and/or Performance Monitoring, Event Co-relation, Service Impact Analysis Solid understanding of Telecom Networks, one or more of the following: Mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE), Transmission Networks (SDH, DWDM, CE), IP Networks (L2/L3 VPN) Ability to explain and bridge the gap between business oriented drivers for OSS transformation and technically oriented solution users. Self-started / self-motivated to define visions, policies, processes and solutions and drive these to successful implementation; identify problems and present solutions. Excellent customer facing skills: . Flexibility to handle fast changing requirements and environment. Qualifications Education and Experience Required: Industry experience - 12 years to 15 years Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
