Are civilian #Kashmiris killed by militants less worthy of being mourned than those killed by the state? (story @ amn.sx/a/17319) {I would usually avoid replicating my twitter and fb but i feel anguished/quizzical enough to share what i wondered on twitter here - Is the anguish/mourning expressed on social networks (for i do not know what happens on the ground) simply about what what some Kashmiris see as right killing vs wrong killing or is there a generic fear of unnamed militants that makes it even more difficult for ordinary civilians to question/challenge them? Is it fear of the militants or is it love/admiration for them that shapes this asymmetrical mourning/anguish when the dead in both the cases are civilian Kashmiris?}
