Are you a speed bar that is consistently packed? Since there is no time to vocally up-sell to each customer, use visual cues! Merchandise the bar to sell itself. For example, use lighting to spotlight top shelf liquor. If you have a special signature drink cup that costs the consumer a little more like a fish bowl, then visually showcase it to your customer. Serving brightly colored cocktails in this cup will also make it more appealing. This will make the customer happy, they will spend more money, and will free up your bar.
