Are you looking for something fun to do with your family this weekend? Visit Howell Living History Farm on Saturday, January 25 for the ice harvest. Just be sure to bundle up! Visitors can help farmers cut ice and fill an ice house and learn how ice was once used for fueling ice boxes, preserving perishables during transport and of course, making ice cream. At 1pm and 3pm visitors can make and sample ice treats such as old fashioned snow cones and ice cream.
