Arithmetics of low percentage turn out does not reflect the - TopicsExpress

Arithmetics of low percentage turn out does not reflect the helplessness of public who wanted to vote but couldnt. This reflection of number is baseless. On the contrary it reflects that public is irresponsible where as it was all goofed up at the root level. Scary is to know percentage of people who could not vote just because their names dint appear on a piece of paper n not the 53% voting (also includes too many cases where a person has his name twice on voters list. Obviously it will be marked present in one and the other name goes absent. In my case it happened so. This itself shows that if an X person votes wid his name twice on d list, it will end up as 50% voting....n even if u correct the errors of two names by making it one we will have a better percentage of voting even now.... allow and add those 2800000 or more people who wanted to vote. And then we will get the true reflection of wat Maximum City is. Maximum City Minimum Turnout is because of Macimum City Maximum Errors Maximum Turn Offs)
