Arondizuogu Analysis Defining targets, visions and measuring - TopicsExpress

Arondizuogu Analysis Defining targets, visions and measuring progress of a town should be based on developmental conditions and groups of risk based analysis of the problems and issues confronting that nation or people. The truth that must be said is that APU general and our people have failed Arondizuogu. The risk based analysis of the problems inherent in our kingdom has been touched by so many people and I wish to highlight few – wickedness, pull Down syndrome, diversity of Iheme and Izuogu, APU general lack of vision and plan. However, these problems, risk and conditions can be used as a means to achieving our vision if we all can understand that our division is responsible for our lack of development, infrastructure and advancement. My experience and frustration as a onetime APU chairman in the UK has been echoed and succinctly analysed by Mazi Goody Okereke and Ugochukwu Okoli. If with over 520 APU branches worldwide and Arondizuogu cannot boast of a city centre which should comprise of a motor park, market, shops, bank, and supermarkets then the meaning and objective of the union has been defeated. I single headedly wrote a book with the help of some noble Arondizuogu people and dashed it to APU UK with the intention of raising funds for the Union so we can make meaningful contribution to our town, we launched the book made money and all our people could think of is to have a party and over one thousand copies of the book is still in my garage because people have refused to help sell the books. All effort to stir them towards the path of development proved abortive. Could anyone imagine what we can achieve if all over 520 branches of APU could contribute $1000 every year to the development of our town that will be $520.000 (you can do the maths in Naira) and this money managed properly on defined medium sized projects, can anyone imagine what and where we will be in 10 years. The problem is that our people have continued to do the same wrong things and expecting a different result. We need solutions to our problems and not finger pointing at irrelevant politicians. APU general must step up its game and be the vehicle of progress for which our fathers dreamt and set it up for. We have project managers, business analysts, Profs, industrialist, bankers, business men and young graduates with intelligence, so why can’t we meet and define a transparent and comprehensible road map for our nation?
