Art thou a king then? Good Lords day morning to you! Kings and kingdoms come and go. This week what we witnessed was more like princes, and princesses being enthroned, and dethroned; each one had their own fiefdom. Pontius Pilate was a regional Ruler; he was about to cross-examine the Creator of the Universe. John 18:37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Do you hear the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ today? If you read his word (Bible), and you have the Holy Spirit living in you, you will hear the truth. If you are a Communist, Democrat, Libertarian, or Republican...AND that is your kingdom; you will not truly hear His voice, and you will not hear the truth. The Lord Jesus loves you, and He is asking you to receive Him as your Lord and Savior, and King today. At the close of the New Testament (Revelation 22:17) it says whosoever will may come - And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come.
