Artisan loaf. 3cups water at 100F. 1 tablespoon yeast. 1.5 tablespoons salt. 6.5 cups flour. Cornmeal to sprinkle on pizza peel. In a container with a lid mix all ingredients well and let rise. when doubled in size refrigerate. When ready to make bread flour your hands well and take enough dough to make a loaf the size of a grapefruit. Do not knead, fold sides under ball and shape the loaf. Let rise on pizza peel sprinkled with cornmeal. Heat oven to 425F, place a container bottom tray to pour some water when you are baling the bread. The steam will make the crust hard. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the loaf is as toasted as you want it. The flavor is magnificent.
