Gentlemen: This is an extremely busy weekend for members of our Den. Saturday we will take part in the Alabaster Christmas Parade, Sunday we will get together to begin work on our Pinewood Derby cars, and prior to the Pinewood Derby class this Sunday, our Den will meet to briefly go over what Achievements we should have knocked out and pay any dues which may be owed. First things first, this Saturday, December 6th is the Annual Alabaster Christmas Parade! Pack 220 will gather together at Lot B (the parking lot on Highway 31 where Big Lots, Food Depot and Staples are located). Be there by 8:00 a.m. as the City will be closing down the road etc. shortly afterwards. WE NEED A WAGON so we can decorate it and put the candy which we will be throwing in. We need everyone to bring bags of candy to throw out to the crowds watching the Parade (bring what you can, we go through it pretty quickly) and I need to know if anyone has a wagon they can bring. Once we get a wagon, we can start thinking about how to decorate it--so please try to let me know by tomorrow evening if you have a wagon we can use. LASTLY for the Parade--we need to sing a Christmas song for the Mayors Dias, anyone have a good idea that they think the boys would enjoy (not Grandma got run over by a Reindeer)? At 2:00 on Sunday things begin for our Pinewood Derby Class. If you owe dues, please bring a check, cash, money order, gold, etc. so we can get this taken care of; once dues are taken care of we will get our Pinewood block of wood and can begin transforming it into a world class hotrod. Since this Sunday was our Dens regularly scheduled Den Meeting, please try to get to the Restore Building by 1:30 so we can go over what Achievements we should have knocked out in the last 2 weeks. I hope to see everyone in their Class As for the Christmas Parade!!!!
