As I sit here this morning and read what my friends from both side of the house have to say over the Government shutting down I am saddened. The hatred and name calling is just as bad as what is happening in Washington. How can we expect our politicians to work together in a bipartisan way when those of us sitting at home are not willing to do it. Am I happy - NO! Should this have happened - NO! Was it predictable - YES! Until we ALL stop pointing fingers, blaming others, and calling each other names we cannot look to Washington. This was not one parties fault, but tying ACA to the budget and debt ceiling was not going to work from day one AND my majority vote President Obama is our PRESIDENT and deserves some respect as such, whatever your politics.
