As I turn on the news this morning, I see the storyline about the incident that occurred with the football players from Grambling!!! It just goes to show how when you are YOUNG, you are not willing to think your way through things!!! If these guys were in their 30s, refusing to play ball wouldnt be an option... But with them being young, their egos get in the way!!! Isnt it funny how the players have problems with the facility once they have a losing season??? They had the same facility when coach E was coaching there and even when Doug Williams took over... Now all of a sudden their team is 0-8 and the facility is a problem??? Before this, I used to have respect for Grambling as a worthy opponent to my alumni, Southern University... But I dont have any respect for QUITTERS and COMPLAINERS!!! Mississippi Valley State have been losers in the SWAC for years and you dont see them getting national attention for QUITTING!!! Since these youngsters didnt take their time to think this through and think about the fact that they could possibly lose some of their scholarships, they deserve whatever happens to them!!! If Im not part of any work union and I m expected to come to work and I dont show up because someone didnt clean the breakroom or restroom, I cant get mad at no one but myself if I cant keep my job...ijs!!! ~~Reggie Regg
