As I walked out of the gas station, i noticed I left my wallet on the counter. I turned around and noticed a man of color running up the hill towards the apartment complex. I asked the station attendant if he noticed a wallet laying there. He said, yes but im positive it belonged to the man behind you I quickly rode up the hill and asked the man, OY my man, did you happen to see a wallet on the counter when you paid for those diapers? yes, but i left it there the man replied. I instantly went back to the gas station to investigate further. When I went back in I talked to the other lady working. She said the man had paid with a twenty from a wallet that was laying on the counter. He never removed his own wallet. I went back to his apartment and he invited me in. He proceeded to apologize and then walked me to my wallet. I talked to him about becoming a person that is right with themselves and he talked about how he was recently clean off of meth. We even gave dude a ride to wal mart. I mean he couldve got his ass beat but he admitted he was wrong.
