As I woke up around 3AM had an interesting insight. The moment I woke up is was w/o the shocks - so I was still awaken-asleep. But then suddenly I remembered-myself (usually it is easier early in the morning for me). What I saw made me understand one of the reasons it is difficult to self-remember truly. As the shocks engaged I had a fleeting glimpse of a certain H quickly flowing down from the solar plexus to join the site of H12. I witnessed the Hs of negative emotions to be transmuted into H12 and realized that the first seconds must truly be painful for one is openly being aware of all that accumulated negativity - which is deep sorrow/pain. I looked up what G has to say about the solar plexus: Thus, one can never feel with the head. Rather, the site of feeling --- the center of gravity of your presence is the solar plexus. It is the center of feeling. That is where things happen. (war time meetings Paris). That H at the solar plexus was felt as pure negative emotions, or better still, the sum of the totality of negative emotions. I then wondered which H would that be and the conclusion is that it should be H96. Are other H accumulated at the solar plexus? Any thoughts?
