As a Pastor, this is something I have never done. Our church has always tried to help people no matter what the need. We have never asked others to do what God has called us to do, but today I was faced with a need that is bigger than us. I did not say it was bigger than God, but it is bigger than what we are capable of handling. It involves a family of 6 and I wont go into details, I will just say this: Whatever you have that you are not using, they need. Lumber, plywood, sheetrock, electrical wire, furniture, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, beds, cabinets, shingles, light fixtures, sinks, faucets, etc. I have never been faced with such a task, yet my heart is broken because of what I have seen and yet I know that God expects me to do something. I challenge every church in this area to do something. IF YOU HAVE DONE IT TO THE VERY LEAST YOU HAVE DONE IT UNTO ME. Thank you. Pastor Danny Chavis
