As a block captain and a regular citizen that doesnt want to hurt anyone, Im driving down the frontage rd. I NEVER speed there, two little boys were pushing a boy in a laundry basket down into the street where he actually made it all the way to the fence. Both driveways had vans in them, so I couldnt see the kids. I almost ran over all of them and was so pissed off I pulled over, they scrambled away, but I knew which house they came from. I got the Mom at the door, you could tell she was napping, not watching the kids. I told her what happened and she did go yell at the boys and sent two home. I also gave them a little scare, I said, do you know what it feels like to get run over by a car? I could have seriously just killed you! Now, go home and tell your Moms or I will. I let it go at that, but, I hope they learned a lesson!
