As a breeder it is so hard to see pictures of your babies getting fat and obese :( it creates health problems just as it does in people and any other animal on this planet. Increased cancer risk, diabetes, joint issues, arthritis, Ive seen a pig paralyzed due to spinal cord being crushed, blindness, the list goes on. And then these people want to blame the breeders saying there is no such thing as a Mini pig because they dont want to take responsibility for their own actions. I hear people say, well hes not fat its all muscle, pigs feel dense, even with fat they feel dense that is not muscle. Im not pointing fingers there is a few Im dealing with this week, its the same as allowing your children to eat excessive, its not just sad, its down right abusive. I have a lot of pigs, not one is obese and not one is thin. You guys need to try harder, just like us, we have to work at it, eating right and exercise.
