As a fairly heavily tattooed young man/father who loves his son to no end, it really bothers me when I see people putting others down because they have chosen to be heavily tattooed. Being heavily tattooed does not, in any way, shape or form, hinder a persons ability to be a good parent or even a good person. Being judgmental does though. More often than not, being heavily tattooed means that we are more open minded than most and are better able to develop better parenting skills/better relationships with our kids and everybody around us as a result of our open mindedness. I believe that having heavily tattooed parents gives children an advantage over other children, who are often taught to fear and/or look down upon those who are heavily tattooed because of their parents ignorance. I will raise my son to be open minded, to not be judgmental, to be an individual and think for himself, to stand up and fight for what he believes is right. Say what you want... but I love my son and he loves me, even with my face tattoos. At the end of the day, thats all that matters...
