As a futureist...Futurist? With innovation and imagination you can build large but affordable houses. They call it the Legos of home design, the structure is already there! The builder can build a home with interesting architecture just using ones imagination. Thats right! Storage containers or container turned into a home. Think outside the box, or in this case in one. A home that is nearly 100% weather proof and totally fireproof (on the outside). Need a deck? Cut out a wall and use that panel and hydraulics you have a deck that you open with the press of a button. With the materials used you could get away with paint schemes that you would never see with traditional style homes, bright blues, bright yellows, ORANGE! Thats right kiddos, orange. The problem is, is that theyll never be up to code in most towns because theyre... theyre just so out there. They dont look like your neighbors home. Its slowing down the progress of innovation via a status-quo. Get a loan, get a small spot of land and build as you go. the structure is there its how you use your imagination to turn it into the ultra modern home of your dreams. Btw, way cheaper than a mobile home (depending on the size of the home). Tiny homes can suck it.
