As a pet lover with several dogs, I dont understand how someone can just throw away or abandon a pet. Not knowing the circumstances Im not judging...maybe it was the last recourse, perhaps they couldnt afford to feed or pay for vet care any longer but my heart breaks for this dog. This poor dog was waiting for 3 hrs, wailing and howling for its owner. Local friends, pls pass around so hopefully owner can be found, or at least find out what the circumstances are so this sweet dog can find a good home.
