As a reminder, these are the requirments for adoption at the Maddies Event Saturday. Please have all of these together when you come in to make things go more quickly and smoothly! 1) Renters: bring written landlord approval (lease agreement or letter from your landlord) 2) Home owners outside of Fremont: bring proof of ownership of your home (property tax, mortgage statment. A household bill will not prove ownership of your home) 3) Have another dog at home? Bring them with you to do a meet and greet so we can make sure they get along before sending them home with you. 4) All member of the household need to be here to make sure whatever critter you are looking to adopt fits in well with everyone.
