As a resident of Livingston Mountain I am thrilled that David Mann has written this letter to the commissioners. we have been working tirelessly for almost a year now to make sure the right decision is made, the planning commission is behind us and so are many of the wonderful staff at the county. Now it is down to the commissioners to make a final judgement in our case, David Madore has been exceptionally helpful and has taken the time to really understand the complexities of the situation. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Thom Mielke whose extraordinary lack of knowledge on the situation and apparent bias was so shocking at the last hearing. I am encouraged by the fact that Commissioner Ed Barnes has taken so much time to educate himself and meet with both sides since his recent appointment and hope that justice and fairness will prevail in this Tuesdays hearing.
