As a student who studying criminal justice, one thing I understood clearly about criminal’s proceeding is that prosecutor must prove it beyond all reasonable uncertainty that the accused is guilty of a murder. Let‘s look back at OJ Sampson case in the 90s. OJ was guilty in the minds of every American for murdering his former wife, Nicole and her boyfriend. The State was unable to substantiate his guilt therefore all charges brought against him was dropped. The state of Florida also in George Z case didn’t do good job. In my opinion, I don’t thank the juries decisions were based on race. We all know that George Z profiled and killed Martin in cool blood, but the law is stupid.
