As humans, when making mistakes, erring in judgment, indiscretions are a part of our learning capabilities; and learning is essential to becoming a better discretionary, leader, and human. However, some indiscretions are inexcusable. When the consequence of a decision impacts another human life so far that, that affected life is lost or is so inadvertently altered there exists no chance for recourse. Quite often in our American society "Leaders" are the de facto human beings placed in positions in which decisions must be made that will affect the lives of hundreds, if not thousands of lives, negatively. These decisions are not to be made lightly, the consequences identified and weighed endlessly, especially if the loss of life is likely. So too does the expectation exist that the men or women in such positions are of sound moral character. One should hold expectation they have the ability to understand the decision, before action is carried forth, and appreciate the consequences of the actions once carried out. Systems of oversight have been created to ensure the decisions of appointed "leaders" and the thought process behind them are accurate and without ulterior motivations. If finding any indiscretion in the execution of a decision the system is to hold that "Leader" accountable through the application of fore determined consequences, not limited to imprisonment or the dismissal from public service. A well functioning system as mentioned above remains vigilant of our national leaders who are elected, or appointed, in regards to such difficult decisions that alter the lives of many. It is the oversight therein that holds accountable the leaders who travel off the reservation and present the occasional indiscretion in decision making which makes peace and tranquility a reality. However, when the "Leader" has provided a people an indiscretion that requires an oversight authority’s application of consequence, and that indiscretion goes unnoticed, thereby rendering the aggregate system ineffective, or the oversight fails to apply to appropriate consequence. Thereafter causing a breakdown in the efficiency of the system, and creating a complete lack of responsibility, with this vigilance wreaking havoc upon the body politic. And when both the "Leader" and the oversight are complicit in recognizing the error in decision, and travel lengths to mislead or blatantly lie to the body politic in which each entity has sworn an oath to protect, there is born tyranny. Then both are subjected to the harsh realities of the larger populations’ efforts to restore the balance and vigilance which maintains peace and tranquility for without, there is tyranny. When the public identifies and presents the breakdown in the system to the appointed "Leaders" and respective oversight demanding accountability from both; that responsibility be accepted as to effect the application of appropriate consequences goes ignored, yet the indiscretions are continually carried out and masked by now complicit partners of tyranny, the "Leaders" and their oversight there is subjugation of the body politic. A subjugation of the people which can only resemble, and serve to recall the feudalistic rulers of times which they no longer wish to be reminded. When a nation stands against such egregious trespasses against freedom and liberty; accountability and responsibility from their elected leadership and the oversight therein, there is no recourse for the people but a civil uprising. Continually, the "Leaders" and respective oversight fail epically to accept personal responsibility. When oversight fails in epic proportions to hold accountable the corrupt leadership; both complicit in killing, or imprisoning, members of society bringing to light the indiscretions of each there is a movement of civil unrest. And when both the "Leadership" and respective oversight conspire to mobilize a military police force against the body politic, still failing to accept accountability, there is a need for an organization such as ours and the many we collaborate with. There is a need for an organization to rally the troops, the true patriots of the larger population to stand between the body politic and the tyrannical Government which means to subjugate. There is a need for these patriots to organize, to plan, to strategize. That is what we as an organization are about, it is what we do. We are responsible for the organizing, the planning, and the strategizing of true American Patriots, the Veterans of military service; the men and women who have sacrificed; lost blood, limb, and life for the higher order of freedom and liberty. Not for the tangibles of the highest bidder. So forth we push, The effort in identifying the breakdown in leadership accountability and the application of consequences by oversight bodies that are now complicit in failing to hold accountable the prolific government to breaches against liberty and the dismissal of freedom; who are now co-conspirators in lying, misleading, imprisoning and killing members of the body politic to preserve their power that was bestowed upon them from society. To conclude this Letter of Intent Mr. Obama, esteemed members of Congress, and to all involved in the treacherous subjugation of humanity. The decision has been made the world over, your time has ended and we go forth to usher you and your kind from power. Semper Fidelis Larss A. Ogren Executive Director, OMC
