~As if lower gas prices were going to make a very big difference in helping many get out of debt to buy some more to be in debt once again~writing on the wall for this was back in 2001 and really started surfacing more and more after the bailouts in 2008~many say it cannot happen here but many said that a year before Hurricane Katrina hit too~it is called normalcy bias~when you have no money but have credit it is like building an above ground swimming pool with paper*
