As many of you know Alexis who is 11 years old is preparing too have surgery at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center to have a VNS put in place on Wednesday August 20th. We will have too travel too Cincinnati Childrens every 2 weeks for 6 too 18 months for adjustments on her VNS . We have high hopes that this will help her. All medication that they have tried has failed and she is having seizures 24/7, Alot of which you can not see, confirmed by her last EEG in July. This is surgery is our last option.
