As many of you know. about 11 months ago I wrote a little e-book called Flexible Dieting to explain my nutrition philosophy. It was meant to be a learning tool to teach people the basics of flexible dieting and macronutrients. It was written to be a very entry level book to nutrition for those curious in my way of eating and coaching. What I didnt know, is that it would sell well over 20,000 copies and that I would be a pioneer for performance flexible dieting in CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, and now the NFL. It had initially been popularized by people like Lyle & Layne in mainly bodybuilding which was an excellent audience for it as its a great way to not only get lean but to stay lean. Now after working with a fair amount of athletes in multiple sports over the past year, Ive rewritten it to be a comprehensive 200 page book that encompasses much more than the basics. Im hoping to be done with it by Saturday and cant wait to share it.
