As many of you know, today is August 30. Two years ago today Sandy and Daniel Smith were taken from us, too soon. The loss is tremendous. I miss so very much and though the time has passed, the heartache lives on. Such tragedy in lives must be stopped and as October approaches, let us all recognize that October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Domestic Violence MUST not exist! I continue to work to make change, to have their voices heard. I would like to thank everyone who has been reaching out to me and my family as well as all those who are remembering Sandy and Daniel today. I created this short video as not simply a cathartic moment for me but to also remember two very beautiful people. I know they are with Dad in Heaven and I pray they each know how much I love them and miss them. In Memory of Sandy and Gabe (Daniel) today. XOXO
