As most of you know our house is up for sale. Phil Spencer (TVs property expert)says net curtains are old-fashioned - so, Ive taken mine down and the kids are appalled! Well, I say kids - they are in their 40s and dont live here but are protesting vehemently and want me to put the nets back. We do have very big windows at the front and can be seen by people passing by but that doesnt really bother me. Hubby is ambivalent - If Im happy, hes happy. However I have agreed to get vertical blinds - which Im not really wild about. Would like some opinions on nets versus blinds versus open spaces please.
