As much I would like my family and friends to enjoy the delectable malay cuisine my hubby served me for the past 10 years, he is more eager to let the nation taste his dishes. To make his dream come true, I had agreed to purchase a foodstall last month and made him the chief chef. Yesterday I presented him the contract I had signed with the food chain manager. Today, we had a 3-man meeting, drawing budgets n all. Talking about how possible to provide healthier versions of the authentic malay cuisines. Not easy yeah but we are determined. All this is possible with the support I got from family and friends. Thanks a zillion to my pillars of strength, with no order of preference,... mom, Mariam Udik, mom-in-law, Mariam Abd Samad, dad, Mohd Zin and dad-in-law, Jaffar Ali. Thanks also to couple Azidah Kamis & Musrin Marof for their support n mentorship. And so...the journey continues. In shaa Allah well be in operation on 25th Dec 2014. See you soon!
