As much as u can, keep dunya (worldly life) ȋ̊η ur hand--not ȋ̊η ur hє∂rt . That means when someone insults u, keep it out of ur hє∂rt so it doesnt make u bitter or defensive. When someone praises u, also keep it out of ur hє∂rt , so it doesnt make u arrogant & self-deluded. When u face hardship & stress, dont absorb it in ur hє∂rt , so u dont become hopeless & overwhelmed. Instead keep it in ur hands & realize that everything passes. When ure given a gift by ﺍﻟﻠّﻪ Subhana Taala, dont hold it in ur hє∂rt . Hold it in ur hand so that u dont begin to l♡ve the gift more than the giver. Aиϑ so that when it is taken away u can truly respond with ﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﻟِﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﺇِﻧَّﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻪِ ﺭَﺍﺟِﻌُﻮﻥَ inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajioon: indeed we belong to ﺍﻟﻠّﻪ , aиϑ to ﺍﻟﻠّﻪ we return.
