As of 2pm, October 1st, the Health Insurance Marketplace is currently not accessible. With any new web-based system, initial go-live glitches happen. As soon as the site is repaired, Crossroad’s Certified Application Counselors are ready to assist individuals in guiding them through the Marketplace. In the interim, we can continue to provide information and capture interested individuals’ information so we can follow-up at the appropriate time.
