As of next Tuesday Frontier lost a customer! On 10/06/14 I paid my Frontier bill and they were greedy and took two more additional payments instead of just the one owed which caused me to have three bounced checks @ a fee of 25.00 each which they refuse to refund the bank fees then it took them till 10/23/14 to issue one check which I was told it will take 3 to 5 days to process and it was not even the correct amount of the refund! I have yet to receive the second refund due me and when I call its a joke I get nothing but a big runaround of different answers and lies! Frontier your customer service SUCKS!!!!Today I learned that there was never a second refund check sent as promised, because Frontier decided to put it towards this months payment. Frontier how do you have the right to keep and decide what to do with my F*****money and lie to me claiming you sent the second check! Frontier can go F*** themselves they are liars and thieves!
