As posted earlier on our page. The truly outrageous and hurtful aspect of our economic crisis and the destruction of the Middle Class is that it is essentially artificial by bad government policy (via state and federal government) and bad financial policy (via the Federal Reserve). The increase in crime and resultant social discord can partially be blamed on this. People have lost their lives over it. Essentially bailouts by government were given to Wall Street and big banks while the Federal Reserve printed more money through quantitative easing (QE) which ALSO went to the big banks and Wall Street. Somehow none of this money meant to help the economy actually helped the middle or working class or the People. It is sickening and outrageous.
