As some of you may know, my grandma was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in April of 2012. When she was first diagnosed her doctor said she had maybe 2 months, but here we are 2 years later & she continues to fight, shes the strongest woman I know. Well, a few weeks ago when I took her to get her chemo treatment her doctor gave her the news that they were gonna stop her chemo treatments because her cancer is now growing & that their really isnt anything they can do anymore.. & once again, theyve given her a time table which is sometime around Christmas. Despite what the doctors have said, my grandma has continued to keep her head high & go on with her day to day life, with the mindset the doctor doesnt have the last word, because no one decides when its our time to go but God. But with all of this said, just in case our Heavenly Father decides to call her home early, my family is now trying to raise money for funeral expenses. We are raffling off a liquor basket for $5 a ticket, & if you do not drink any little donation helps & I ask that you please keep my grandma in your prayers ..
