As some of you may or may not know, the last couple of weeks have been probably the 2 scariest weeks of my life. My hairdresser spotted a mole on the back of my ear and I had it removed and it came back a melanoma. Last week I had surgery to remove the rest of the mole, had a lymph node removed from my neck and a skin graft done on my ear. Waiting on the pathology results seemed like the longest days of my life but I received the news yesterday that everything came back good and the margins were clear!!! Thank you God!!! I just want to say thank you to all of you that prayed for me, sent me messages, cards, text, food and everything else!! You dont know how much all of your support meant. I also want to thank Dr. Jimmy Ewing for taking such good care of me and being so kind to me and my family. The staff at Taylor Regional Hospital went above and beyond as well to make everything as comfortable as possible. I totally could not have gotten through this without all of the love, support and prayers from my family and friends so THANK YOU and God bless!!!😊
