As someone we love very much would say It was another typical day at Possum Quarter Landing!! Lee woke me up to inform me that the oak tree next to the tree that feel during the tornado had broken from the trunk and was in yard and driveway. I phoned neighbors to come and see our newest attraction and when they arrived MY precious lab, Bo, was running down the drive to meet them when he decided to take a business break.. All of a sudden he his running toward the house whining I was turning to check on him when screams were coming from Bonnie who had just driven in the yard with her windows down. When everyone was taken care of, we investigated and found that Bo had done his business on a bunch of ground bees who took his deposit as offensive and had stung Bo multiple times, most likely on his butt as well as other places. The bees flew in Bonnies car and stung her multiple times on her ear, face and arms but the screams were mainly for the bee, who was no gentleman, and went in her shirt straight for her breast. Everyone is ok now but Bo is suffering from PTSD and will not walk any where near the scene of the crime even though the bees moved on to a friendlier location. Yep!! Another typical Day!!!
