As the CA couple had admitted on their post that they had no evidence to prove the issues about Blue Bakers so the couple chooses the social media to share their experience. Under circumstances, they must not be having any Bill even what to talk of settled terms in writing. Now since after the enactment of IT act, publishing on social media is subject to legal restrictions, how they can spare themselves. The advocate engaged by Blue Bakers must have made the case with documentary and certified proofs as desired under IT Act ( an advocate is professional and expert for making true cases). I am fearing if may not the admin of VOA be not engaged as party or as witness and summoned to Criminal Court. The situation is very grave unless the Blue Bakers just not to loose clientele lean a little bit to settle the matter out of court. When matter has come to court, I donot think it is now a child play, now the legal battle will be fierce and matter may reach to any stage. Sumant Tuteja what is your opinion.
