As the sun has well & truly set on this insanely beautiful day, I can honestly say, today has been one of the best days of my life. I felt like today was just one of those perfect days of total calm, alignment & freedom. I woke with total ease to the sound of rain. Trained with all my favourites. Had a call & interview with my greatest mentor & close friend David wood for a podcast (something I had dreamed of!!). Then took myself off to a leisurely breakfast with the favourites again Morgsy, pk & Ben to laugh our heads off & hear pk talk about her biggest & most amazing stage piece to date. I got my hour of work done connecting with phenomenal people ready to start on their own journey of what we do. Then total spa bliss. Hours of sauna, steam room, jacuzzi & a reading from an amazing reader in Sedona who affirmed for me all that I needed to know. Feeling light & calm Morgs & I on a whim decided we would hike up to a beautiful trail to some rocks to talk about the future & our crazy year ahead. Capped off by dinner with my best friends with delicious food & champagne. Today I lived in the joi de Vivre - the deliciousness of life - and realised Today was one of my ideal days lived out. It wasnt so much what i did - it was how I felt. Aligned. Free. Excited. Calm. Going to bed the happiest girl on the planet ready to wake up to more hiking & massages and to do it all again. And to Morgsy, PK & Ben - thank you for being such a critical part of one of the best days of my life 💛💛
