As the veils part on ( Halloween ) All Hallows Eve, I invite my direct ancestors to this earthly world so I can hold you and hug you: Dad you are so much a part of who I am and it has been so very long and I miss you greatly, Mum, my Brother Rodney, Nanna Varidel who brought me up in my early years, Aunty Mona who I did not know for long enough though I knew and loved you well, Aunty Judy for the same but a different part of my life, Grandfather Varidel, Pop Andrews (who was so old in earthly terms - with so many grandchildren - when I was born), Grandma Alice Andrews (purportedly - like Mum - the happiest person - though I never knew you) I miss you all, greatly, and although I know you are always with me, I want to hug you tonight.
