As the year draws to a close we want to thank everyone that has invested their thoughts, prayers and personal finances in The Cocama Project’s efforts to reach the people in the Peruvian Amazon Jungle. From building boat docks, repairing village water systems and renovating a hut for a house to preparing for a school and health facility in the upcoming months we stand amazed at what is happening with this village and their surrounding neighbors. Our prayer is and has always been that in our efforts to live among these people and help them with their basic human needs they will see the great love that our God has for them and will come to know Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. So thank you, thank you and thank you again for making this year one to remember for the Cocama people in the village of 9 de Octubre. May God richly bless you in the New Year and may we all continue to keep our efforts focused on Jesus’ commandment of Matthew 28:---19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
