As this impartial financial bod says, Scotland has the fabled treble. The top 5 richest nations (per capita) in the world have at least two of these things, Scotland has all three. - 1. A small population 2. Oil 3. A large financial sector. These 3 things are indisputable facts (they exist right now), predictions on a future economy or what companies might or might not do are not facts, they are opinion or conjecture. So, again lets look at the facts before making our decision.
