As we approach another chemo week, I always find myself getting nervous yet Matt continues to be relaxed and ready for the next fight. Some prayer requests: 1. We have personally known so many that have recently been diagnosed with cancer or have a loved one that has been diagnosed with cancer so please pray for all those beginning the fight. May they have strength, support, and faith like Matt does. 2. That Matt continues to tolerate chemo this week. We would love to not see any new side effects. 3. Although it be a couple weeks out, pray for the PET scan results to not show any new spots of cancer/lesions. If it is anywhere else, they wont do the liver surgery and we want that out of there! 4. He has to also have an MRI the first week of February to get a better look at the liver. They want to make sure there are no tiny lesions before they go into the liver so there are no surprises. We are thankful for this extra step of precaution even if I read too much into it.
