As we begin the New Year theres a hint of the old in the air. 5 years old in fact as the Labour Party continue to treat the Scottish people with contempt. Yes, thats right, Scottish Labour have yet again rolled out the old Vote SNP and the Tories will get in line. It is therefore somewhat amusing (although probablty not if you are a Labour Party member) that on the same day Jim Murphy rolls out his key line, that the Scottish Tories come out to tell us that Vote SNP and Labour will get in So there you have it. Well the reality of voting SNP in May is quite different from either of these claims. A vote for the SNP in May this year will ensure that Scotland has a loud and distinct voice in Westminster. When we see reports that the new powers promised to the Scottish Parliament could take years to deliver it is vital we have storng voices to represent us. If elected as SNP MP for Midlothian I can assure the residents of Midlothian that I would be a strong local voice holding the Government to account and ensuruing promises are delivered and that the needs of Midlothian are taken into account
