As we head into the New Year we encourage everyone to put their end of life plans in order and in writing. There is a document called The Five Wishes that can be a guide and is a legally binding document in more than 40 states. It outlines everything from the time we can no longer advocate for ourselves to what we want as a final memorial. It is on the Aging With Dignity website, agingwithdignity. And while your at it consider being an organ donor, Its easier than you might think and there are more than 120,000 people needing a donated organ. You can give The Gift of Life!
