As we prepare to bid farewell to 2014 I would like to say it’s been a blast…..I would like to say that but I can’t as it has been an absolute bastard of a year and I am ending it as I began it, back and forth with hospital visits. I have lost friends and family this year who can never be replaced but they will live on in mine and others thoughts, Curly, Nora and Chris rest in peace, and of course my darling brummie bird Catherine. I still vividly remember the first time we met as you and your luggage fell off the train at Ludlow train station little knowing that you would become a massive part of my life for well over 25 years. I will stop there as I can here you saying, “Oh Lloydy do get a grip hunnie and have another Gin” Although I have lost friends I have also rekindled old friendships, made some new ones and strengthened existing ones. To all who are suffering with poor health, to all who are suffering from intolerable loss at this time I wish you all the very, very best for 2015, I hope you find the strength to rebuild your lives as best you can and to face life full on once again. Have a good 2015 folks.
