As we prepare to officially start our new academic year on Monday 12 Jan 2015,I wish to pass the following information with regards to accommodation matters. 1.The 56 students who either never applied or applied but were not allocated online who gave me their details for submission to the SWA office are advised to check their portals and pay the amounts stated if they have been allocated i.e sh 6300 for single or 5460 for double. 2.Those who have not been allocated online to pay sh 5460 for accommodation and come Monday 12th together with other Congresses from our class(Read Mwaura,Odok and Vick) well assist you in getting rooms. 3.Given circumstances such as delay in updating the school fees or late disbursement of HELB,am aware of the fact that several comrades may not be able to confirm their rooms on time but we insist that rooms be given to all those who have paid upon presenting the bank slips then verification be done once everyone is settled.Well seek assistance from the Ast Dean of Students office in the case of registered needy students. 4.To minimise cases of some of us missing rooms even those they were allocated..it is encouraged we report within the first week to avoid such scenarios.
