ITS CLEAR THAT THE CORE NPP MEMBERS ARE NOT REALLY SUFFERING FROM THE ECONOMIC HARDSHIP AS THEY HAVE BEEN TRUMPETING . NO WONDER SAMMY CRABE ALONE WANT TO PAY $40 MILLIONS TO SUPPORT PARTY CONGRESS.
